What is an electric ball valve (automation system)?

01. Shear control system (power supply)

Temperature controller / switch / 220V signal to control the electric drive system. It is an on-demand production product that can be modified according to the desired conditions.

02. Circular motor controller

A circulating motor controller is essential for low-charge (oil, gas, electric) boilers or regenerative boilers. It is operated automatically, but it can be switched to manual operation if an error occurs. Depending on the boiler, the connection method is different and it is not necessary for the net boiler

03. Water level control system

1. Using direct water When the water tank receives water from the valve control
① Install a 15A, 20A valve on the water piping that goes up to the water tank.
② Place the sensor in the tank and determine the position of the upper and lower limits and fix it.
③ Connect the connection cable of the sensor to the controller (K-2S) and the actuator.
④ When the water level is at the upper limit, the valve is locked. When the water level is at the lower limit, the water level is adjusted by opening the valve.2. When discharging water from the tank
① Send water or liquid from the tank and container to the outside.
② Connect the sensor signal in the container to the controller (K-2S) terminal block.
③ When the water level is above a certain level, the valve is opened and drained (discharged). When  the water level drops to a certain level, the water level is adjusted by closing the valve.

3. Pumping water of underground water acts as motor and acts as check valve
① Install 15A, 20A, 25A valves in the water piping to the water tank.
② Place the upper and lower limits of the tank in the tank.
③ Connect the connection cable to the controller (K-2SM) terminal and actuator, and also to the circulating motor.
④ When the water level is at the lower limit line, the valve opens and the motor starts and water is supplied. When the water level reaches the upper limit, the valve is locked and the motor stops.
⑤ The valve acts as a check valve that does not let the water in the pipe run out, and the following operation is also possible easily.

04. Water level shutoff device (order production)

When the water level is above a certain level, the valve is opened and drained (discharged). When the water level drops to a certain level, the water level is adjusted by closing the valve.

 05. Leak detection device (order production)

If a leak occurs while using the product, it is detected by a sensor (sold separately), which blocks the motorized ball valve with a danger signal.

06. 3way valve

There are two ways of controlling the two valves crossing each other, and one way of changing the piping direction by using an electric actuator on the three-way valve. It can be applied variously by using switch or sensor.

07. Application of automatic control

① When replacing solenoid
Install the electric ball valve on the solenoid valve and use the power line from the control panel. (2 wires available / when installing and calibrating the system in the control box)
② When using relay
It is possible to operate with an electric driver by using the relay contact of automatic control. (If there is only cross voltage with 2 contacts, it can be reversed)
③ When using the stand of the duct
It is possible to open / close the dump by pulling the wire using the axis of the electric actuator and it can be used as an actuator.
